| Widespread rain is expected for most locations west of I-35, with rainfall dropping off significant east of I-35 and likely not to reach much of western WI. Between one half and one inch of rain is expected across western and southern MN with amounts tapering off to the east toward I-35, with little to no rain for much of western WI. Winds over western MN will increase with gusts 25-35mph likely, with lesser speeds over eastern MN into western WI. Dry and much more tranquil conditions expected on Wednesday. |
